COMPACT CONFINED SPACE BLOWERS

THE NANO 8" CONFINED SPACE VENTILATION FAN WITH ULTRA-COMPACT FABRIC DUCT ACCESSORY

The Super Vac Nano is the market’s smallest, most powerful confined space blower. At just 8” with dual carry handles, these fans are designed to be ultra compact and extremely portable. The Nano can be used for positive or negative ventilation and is available with a hazardous location motor for an explosion proof ventilator. Paired with the Super Vac’s patent-pending LFR-BF inherently-arc and flame-resistant fabric duct, you won’t find a more compact confined space duo.

LFR-BF DUCT

THE MOST COMPACT DUCT FOR CONFINED-SPACE VENTILATION

Storage

  • Quick release buckle to quickly deploy and store
  • Requires less than 2 cu. ft. (0.05 m3) of storage space for fan and duct

Design

  • Maximizes airflow and allows vertical leg to adjust to different lengths
  • Allows forced ventilation without eliminating egress locations

Elbow

  • 90-degree, sewn-in elbow
  • Material

    • Silver Bullet Fire Resistant material, made from meta-aramid, ballistic para-aramid and 2% anti-static fiber*
    • Arc resistant and UL certified to NFPA 2112

    • * Fabric is not conductive or static dissipating.

    700 cfm VS 350 cfm

The Super Vac Nano produces an airflow of 1,037 cu. ft. per minute. Together, the Nano and the LFR duct have a 700 cfm output, two times the airflow of the saddle duct’s pinched design, which greatly hinders airflow.

The LFR’s unique material allows the vent to contour around the worker while moving through the confined space. The saddle vent helix duct is less forgiving.

    Image

The LFR connects directly to the fan using a built-in strap. Meanwhile, the saddle duct requires setup of multiple components. The manhole lid must be used during setup to keep these components from falling into the space.

The saddle duct components take up more storage space than the LFR duct.
