Super Vacuum Manufacturing Company, an established locally owned family business that manufactures fire equipment and emergency vehicles; is looking for an energetic, self-starting:

 

Apprentice 12 Volt Technician– looking for a candidate for Truck Finish who will be responsible for installing wiring radios and lights on fire and emergency vehicles. Must have the ability to follow directions and be detail oriented.

12/120 Volt Technician- looking for an experienced12/120 Volt Technician for our Truck Finish Department. Responsible for installing and wiring radios, lights, antennas and 120 volt outlets on fire and emergency vehicles. Must have the ability to troubleshoot and understand relays and switches with a strong background in the automotive industry. Must pass a basic electrical wiring test. 2 years of 12/120 volt electrical wiring experience preferred.
Assembly Tech- looking for an assembly tech for our Truck Division. This position will operate shop tools, read prints, learn and apply valuable skills, and gain useful knowledge. Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred. Must be able to follow directions and pay attention to detail.

Assembly Tech– looking for an assembly tech for our Truck Refurbishing Division. This position will operate shop tools, read prints, learn and apply valuable skills, and gain useful knowledge. We prefer one year of experience in a manufacturing environment. Must be able to follow directions and pay attention to detail. We are looking for someone with a high mechanical aptitude who is self-motivated and enjoys being part of a working team.

Mechanical/ Design Engineer– Custom Fire Apparatus Manufacturer hiring Mechanical Engineer; Candidates shall have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Design and Manufacturing and have knowledge of 2D and 3D CAD Software as well as general Business Software such as Adobe and Microsoft Office. Individuals shall be Self-Motivated and be able to work in a Team Atmosphere. Duties will include completion of Production and Purchasing Documentation for the assigned Schedule and Research and Development of new Products for the Industry.

Candidates must be drug free, able to contribute in a fast paced/team atmosphere, pass a pre-employment agility test and criminal background check. Must be able to lift 70+ pounds, climb ladders and enjoy a healthy lifestyle.
